Everkept Home Cleaning LLC ("Everkept," "we," "us") provides residential cleaning services in southern New Hampshire. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address and service address.
• Home details: size, rooms, pets, entry instructions, access codes and cleaning preferences.
• Payment details: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Messages and calls: texts, emails and recorded calls with us, kept for quality and training.
• Website data: pages visited and form entries, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To quote, schedule, perform and follow up on cleanings.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders and service messages.
• To send offers and updates if you opt in to marketing messages.
• To process payments, refunds and credits.
• To improve our service and handle questions or complaints.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we'll text you about your quote, appointments and service, and, if you separately agree, about offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

• Cleaning partners: the service address, entry instructions and job details needed to do your clean. They do not receive your phone number or payment details.
• Service providers who run our business tools (our customer management and messaging platform, payment processor, website host), only to provide their services to us.
• Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or partners.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records while you're a client and for up to 3 years after your last service, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

How we protect it

Access codes and entry instructions are shared only with the cleaner assigned to your job. We use reputable providers with industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect only what we need.

Your choices

• Text STOP to stop texts; click "unsubscribe" in any email.
• Email hello@everkepthome.com to see, correct or delete your information.

Children

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
